Few rare persons are born on the earth whose main aim in life is to help others, serve the suffering humanity selflessly. Late Dr. Rajani Kanta Doloi, the Founder of Royal Academy was one such a person who lived like a King. He will be remembered by innumerable people particularly the deprived segment of the society. He was as if a messenger of God appeared on earth to strive for the development of the scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, minority and backward community people.

Our Ongoing Projects
Jan Shikshan Sansthan
vocational education and skill development programmes to non-literate, neo-literates and the persons having rudimentary level of educations belonging to disadvantaged section of the society.
Ananda Ashram
The Association has been running an Old Age Home at Nazarganj, P.O.-Midnapore, Dist.-Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal. The Home was founded in 1992.
Working Women Hostel
Swastika Ladies Hostel: The Working Women’s hostel at Baguiati, Kolkata, providing accommodation to 200 working women.
Charubala Hostel : for Working Women: The working-women’s hostel at Nazarganj, Paschim Medinipur, providing accommodation to about 170 working women.
IRCA
Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts – The Association has been running two Rehabilitation Centres – (i) UTTARAN-1 at Paschim Medinipur and (ii) UTTARAN-2 at North 24-Parganas
Community Hall
The Association constructed two Community Halls for the welfare of the poor people of the community
